Ok. Lets say a Real Estate investor buys a 20 unit apartment building (20-Plex). And this landlord has paid off the WHOLE building. It is 100% occupied and he charges 600 per month in each unit. And wonderfully everyone pays on time every month ;) SO it grosses at 144K a year. I would like to know if there is a website or service available that I can view past foreclosures sales within the last 2 years preferable the state of Texas but any info will help. I would need to know the amount that was owed at time of foreclosure and the price the home finally sold for. Any help would be very helpful...Thanks...

I wanted to know if George Bush created a law regarding foreclosures on homes. I heard he gave a 90 day waiting period for homeowners and banks to work something out. Is this true? If so please explain.
