Please join us for our next monthly meeting on March 14, 2012 where we will talk about Obama's initiative by the Federal Housing Finance Agency to let qualified homeowners refinance mortgages regardless of how much their houses have dropped in value.
Joining us this evening, is a few "special guest" speakers you don't want to miss!
Tom Braegelmann of GCA Private Lending will be our speaker. Tom has been fixing and flipping properties for over 30 years as an investor, and helping other investors as their lender for more than ten. He will show you his proven strategies, including 4 ways he has helped rehabbers purchase, fix, and flip properties without using any of their own money.
We will look at the impact of this on real estate investors.
As always, networking and light refreshments will be provided.
